Nino Dolidze

Nino Dolidze is a head of the Public Policy Center of the Political Movement "Droa", and an associate professor at Ilia State University. In 2004-2018 she worked at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) as the Head of Public Administration Unit and the Research Center.

Since 2017, she is an accreditation and authorization expert for Higher Education at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, and since 2019 - an accreditation expert for Professional Development Programs for Public Servants.

Nino Dolidze is engaged in scientific work, she annually participates in international and local scientific conferences and seminars, has published numerous papers on public administration and politics, co-authored several monographs, including a book published in 2013 by CRC Press, Public Administration in Post-Communist Countries, Former Soviet Union, Central and Eastern Europe and Mongolia.

As an expert and trainer, Nino Dolidze provides consulting and training to various public and non-governmental organizations in public administration, strategic planning, policy analysis, general management, organizational management and related fields. She has headed several projects, including: Short-term training courses for the Georgian public sector (USAID-funded project Democratic Governance in Georgia (G3)); Organizing a Student Debate Club (funded by OSI); Advanced training courses for employees of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, etc.
